We are seeking a dedicated Global Operations Trainer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging training programs for our employees and external academic partners. You will be responsible for creating effective training content, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while working closely with management and other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global training programs and curriculum for employee onboarding and in-job training.
  • Create engaging training content from ideation to completion, conduct needs analysis, and complete L3 surveys.
  • Analyse training effectiveness and make appropriate modifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate sessions.
  • Deploy and monitor legal compliance training according to company guidelines.
  • Develop systems to monitor employee performance and compliance with standards.
  • Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of training documentation and materials.
  • Analyse training evaluations to determine areas for improvement.
  • Provide input for improvements to the overall training program and curriculum.
  • Coordinate and document training requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with instructional design team to develop effective training materials.
  • Expert knowledge of current training LMS and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Assist in meeting departmental goals and special projects as needed.
  • Experience in Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt training style depending on business needs.
  • Proficient in CRM solutions and Consultative Sales Approach.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in training/development/human resources/sales or equivalent discipline OR combination of education and significant experience. Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training and facilitation role.
  • Experience in adult learning theory concepts and basic instructional concepts.
  • General knowledge of the higher education industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM solutions, MS Office, and Consultative Sales Approach.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to share best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly motivational and energetic personality.
  • Collaborative team player.
