The Senior Manager of HR Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures the efficient delivery of HR services, compliance with employment laws, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The manager leads a variety of HR initiatives and collaborates with other departments to support organizational goals, drive process improvements, and enhance employee experience.
PRIMARY RESPONIBILITIES:
HR Operations Execution
- Own and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes across global markets.
- Manage general HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent employee experience.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Administer payroll processes for both the S. and UK, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in coordination with internal partners and vendors.
- Oversee UK pension schemes and UK benefits enrollment.
- Support global benefits and compensation-related activities as needed.
- Administer the Tuition Assistance Program, including eligibility tracking, approvals, and reimbursements.
HRIS & Systems Oversight
- Manage and maintain global HRIS platforms including Workday, Deel, and Staffology.
- Ensure data integrity, system optimization, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on HR system improvements and integrations.
Compensation & Reporting
- Lead the Annual Salary Review process in partnership with Finance and department heads.
- Lead and support Annual Incentive Plan management and payments according to plan.
- Produce and deliver monthly HR metrics reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including headcount, attrition, DEI, and other relevant KPIs.
- Develop ad-hoc reporting and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making
Process Optimization & Policy Development
- Identify and implement improvements and automation across HR processes to drive efficiency and scalability
- Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with evolving regulations and company practices
Employee & Manager Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries through the HR inbox, providing accurate, timely support and escalating issues as appropriate as well as the JIRA Ticketing system for HR
- Ensure consistency and compliance in employee support and internal HR communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Operations role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and operational best practices with a global perspective preferred. (ADP, Workday, Staffology)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel reporting & PowerPoint creation.
- Proven track record of agility, change management, and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across a variety of business lines, functions, departments, and locations both internally and externally.
- Schedule flexibility when necessary.
