We’re looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team for a temporary, 90-day contract (20–30 hours/week). Reporting directly to our Creative Lead, you’ll act as the driving force behind our day-to-day digital design needs—creating everything from social assets to HubSpot website updates. By keeping our daily creative engine running smoothly, you'll free up our Creative Lead to focus on other high-priority initiatives. This is a 100% remote, highly flexible role. While you can work mostly asynchronously, we do ask for some overlap with our core hours (8 AM - 5 PM ET) so you can collaborate seamlessly with our copywriters and videographers.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for the website, social media, paid media, and email campaigns.
• Update website content using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with copywriters and videographers to ensure cohesive content output.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding and proficiency in the design process from ideation to completion.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with JIRA or similar applications.
• Experience with Affinity Designer.
