For the Hiring our Heroes Fellowship, you will be treated like a full-time Boxer and be embedded on your team. You will have a manager, a buddy, and a BoxVets ERC (Employee Resource Community) mentor to help guide and coach you through the program.

The Box Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team is a strategic operational unit responsible for ensuring that global sales and market-facing teams have the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed

In the military, you managed complex operations, maintained rigorous standards, and led teams through strategic shifts. Box needs those exact skills to drive operational excellence within our GTM Enablement team. You will support Box by ensuring strategic objectives are met through rigorous program management and by modernizing the infrastructure that supports our global go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the daily operations of Box by supporting the execution of global enablement programs and initiatives.

Drive program management for ongoing enablement initiatives to ensure milestones are met and strategic objectives are aligned across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps in content management for enablement resources and recommend a strategy for remediation.

Audit and reorganize GTM Enablement file storage architecture to ensure all enablement resources are searchable and up-to-date by removing outdated materials and implementing a streamlined file naming and folder structure.

Collaborate with leadership to document the team charter and mission statement, clarifying the Enablement team's value proposition and strategic goals.

Collaborate with leadership to design and document enablement-specific career guidelines, defining clear role expectations, growth paths, and competency frameworks that support professional development within the GTM Enablement organization.

Deliver a capstone project presentation to leadership summarizing the improvements made to content management, the strategic alignment and team charter created, and providing recommendations for future scalability.
WHO YOU ARE

Transitioning Veteran: Currently exiting or recently transitioned from the military with a desire to apply operational leadership in a high-growth technology environment.
