WHY BOX NEEDS YOU:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder

Create and maintain complex business logic and custom workflows
-
Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
-
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices

Perform system configuration, data migration, and administrative tasks
-
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce customizations
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
-
Create and maintain technical documentation
-
Provide guidance and support to junior developers
-
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality development standards
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
-
5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer
-
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
-
Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Customization
-
Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling

Hands-on experience with SOQL and SOSL
-
Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques
-
Certification as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (preferred)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
-
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex Programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs

Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Data Migration Tools, Integration Patterns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach and excellent communication abilities supporting agile collaboration

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
