WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team to help manage and scale our Sales and go-to-market tech stack. In this role, you will be working with business leaders and collaborating with our Enterprise Systems team by utilizing your technical expertise and business insights. You will also be working closely with our Goto Market Operations team to plan, design and build optimal solutions for our backend office systems and applications. We are seeking candidates with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
This role will allow you to apply your functional Salesforce expertise to some of Box's most critical go-to-market and operations initiatives. You will work closely with your team to collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, provide inputs on the GTM systems roadmap, and provide direct value to our business partners. You will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners.
The Business Systems Analyst role requires an enthusiasm for working on various types of SaaS enterprise systems, business process improvements, and must have a background that demonstrates that capability. The Business Analyst, Marketing and Sales Systems will interact frequently with senior management in this role and must become a trusted SME.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and other GTM business stakeholders to ensure enhancements and upgrades of GTM systems run accurately and efficiently according to business requirements and prioritization
- Assist with the planning, evaluation and implementation of functionality and features in Salesforce systems
- Ownership for vetting end-user business requirements, solution specification design, configuration, project management, implementation, and system integration
- Implement lead life cycle flow and make recommendations for enhancements or change based on Sales systems roadmap
- Effectively manage schedules and communicate changes as necessary to stakeholders
- Ensure that system quality and program standards meet objectives and desired results are achieved
- Work closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure that solutions deliver best-in-class results and business processes
- Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in Salesforce
- Work on cross functional projects involving customer success and related GTM systems
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com and CRM analytics scalable to Go-to-Market solutions
- 3+ years of system implementation experience and knowledge of owning techno-functional deliverables in a project, including functional design and QA
- Strong knowledge of Sales business processes in the Lead-to-close cycle
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrating with other applications/systems
- Understanding of API integration with CRM, Marketing Automation platforms
- Previous experience in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or fast-paced environment is advantageous
- A successful track record of strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work with partners of diverse backgrounds both in and outside of the organization
- Openness and eagerness to acquire knowledge about emerging cloud technologies within the GTM landscape
- Knowledge of Marketing systems is an added advantage
