Why Box needs you:
Our Launchpad Engineering Team powers our core product experience pillars: design system, accessibility (a11y), internationalization (i18n), and in‑app guidance. - Experienced in setting vision and roadmaps, translating partner needs into scalable platform capabilities, and measuring outcomes with clear KPIs.
- Skilled coach for mixed-experience teams: you grow senior engineers through autonomy and scope while providing structure and mentorship for junior engineers.
- Effective stakeholder manager who collaborates with Product Design, Localization, Feature teams and leadership.
- Data-informed decision maker who balances velocity, quality, and reliability; comfortable with experimentation, phased rollouts, and deprecation.
- Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
- Bonus: experience with design tokens, Storybook, accessibility auditing tools, feature flagging, experimentation platforms, content management for in‑app guides, and performance/observability tooling.
