- Track engagements between Box executive sponsors and customers, keeping the Executive Sponsorship Program Lead and ESP stakeholders informed of progress
- Measure outcomes of program (reduced forecasted risk, increase number of new opportunities, improved customer health, etc.) and report progress of ESP accounts/program to Box executive leadership, Customer Success and Sales leadership
- Iterate on the operational cadence of the program, as outlined by the ESP Lead
- Drive stronger adoption of the existing executive outreach program by encouraging CSMs to increase executive ad-hoc engagement with customers
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years customer-facing, program management, or operations experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Poise and comfortability engaging with and presenting to executives
- Organized project/program manager with experience managing many stakeholders
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done and drive internal changes
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
