WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for a Staff Growth & Monetization Product Manager to create and deliver a roadmap for eCommerce across mobile and desktop devices, and global markets. You will wear multiple hats in this role; it’s important to have a background in product management, business growth and financials, AB testing, product-led-growth and monetization strategies.
You'll work in a small close-knit team that partners heavily with cross-functional stakeholders to create a seamless and scalable self-service customer experience that drives business growth. This candidate will work cross-functionally to understand how platforms need to evolve to enhance product offerings, promotion, and integration capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the creation of the eCommerce roadmap, execute initiatives, product vision, features, and designs
- Drive initiatives around expansion that include overages and monetization testing, partnering with SDR teams to bolster initiatives
- Oversee the successful completion of simultaneous complex projects involving many systems (ie. Adyen, Zuora, Salesforce).
- Define business requirements, facilitate UX design, and assess new third-party vendors and their integrations
- Work with technology partners and/or vendors on the delivery of optimized customer-centric intuitive digital offerings through our eCommerce platform
- Collaborate internally with finance, legal, data science, sales, marketing, development teams, and externally with clients, to manage the backlog and release planning, incorporate market direction and sort through diverse requirements
- Anticipate the impact of change and creates an environment where change can be initiated with minimal disruptions and negative impact
WHO YOU ARE
Required skills
- 5+ years experience as eCommerce Product Manager or above, Feature, Consumer Facing Product Manager
- Data-driven Product Manager with a desired background managing financial goals that determine the success of product releases, with expertise not only in defining KPIs but also low-level metrics
- Extensive experience leading AB test roadmaps with proven financial success
- In-depth experience leading user research to explain customer data trends
- Champions customer-centric experiences in a global eCommerce realm (web, mobile, apps) and working as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering
- Expert with scrum methodology - capturing design, business, and web development requirements; and also working with geographically distributed, remote teams
- Manages highly cross-functional, visible projects working closely with data analytics and science engineers
- Working with data tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, acquisition, or growth product strategies is a plus
- Experience using Mouseflow or Pendo is a plus

$198,500 - $248,000 USD
