Come join our Talent Development Team. Key areas of responsibility include (but aren't limited to) supporting the design, development, and execution of Boxer’s key growth and development programs, EMEA manager training experiences. If you’re looking for a hands-on opportunity to make a huge impact in a global environment, this is the role for you! This will be a 1 year Fixed-term contract role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop, facilitate and drive learning and development experiences for managers, including core leadership classes. Drive business critical skills in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.

Localize applicable global training content for an EMEA audience in partnership with the Director, business leaders, People Partners, and Communities team to ensure programs meet and exceed organization’s needs.

Develop scalable methodologies and meaningful programming for in-person, hybrid and remote global learners at all levels (Individual Contributor through Leader).

Partner with core cross-functional leaders and People Partners to coordinate selection and personalized communications that drive engagement within learning and coaching experiences (like BetterUp, The Leadership Consortium and Level Up EQ).

Strategically coordinate, in partnership with Director, with external vendors (when required) to maximize curriculum offerings that satisfy business needs for Boxers.

Learning strategy and execution: Utilize business data, engagement surveys, employee feedback, and industry best practices to inform a learning roadmap that covers technical, leadership, and soft skills. Ensure learning initiatives are targeted, aligned with employee and organizational priorities, and integrated into the flow of work.

Employee Growth: Support high-potential and successor development programs, as well as personal development planning.

Innovate learning experience and their ROI: Stay ahead of talent management and learning trends, adopting best practices for learning in the flow of work to maximize business impact.

Leadership and Manager Development: Design and deliver holistic leadership development initiatives that develop first-time and seasoned leaders. Creating a culture of strong leaders who are capable of leading their team and cross-functionally.

Maximize vendor partnerships: Regularly evaluate vendor capabilities to ensure alignment with Box’s EMEA learning strategy. Make data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships.

Leverage AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to design scalable, high-engagement learning experiences that deliver real business impact.

3+ years L&D experience required with direct experience in full-cycle instructional design and facilitation

B.S./B.A. preferred

Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning.

Bilingual/Multilingual - Fluent in English and Polish. Other languages a plus.

You have an unmatched desire to learn about trends, identify potential opportunities, and overcome obstacles. You’re not afraid to experiment with new ways of thinking about learning including quickly analyzing and understanding new situations and business problems.
