Responsibilities 

This position will contribute significantly to the organization's success by actively implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates across a portfolio of communities. Collaboration with our senior leaders, clients, and property management onsite employees will be necessary to assess price positioning based on supply, demand, leasing velocity, market comps, in alignment with business plans of each community. The role requires a blend of analytical expertise, market knowledge and strategic thinking to drive profitability and growth. This role is remote  (USA BASED ONLY).

As a Revenue Advisor, your primary responsibilities include:

Collaborating with Regional leaders and on-site teams to implement pricing strategies that align with community-specific goals and market demands, demonstrating fiscal responsibility to maximize the revenue potential at each community.

  • Responsible for a portfolio of 30-40 communities to review and accept daily rent pricing. Leads regularly scheduled calls with Property Managers and Regional Leaders monitoring systems, settings and adjusting as necessary to meet ownership goals.
  • Oversees renewal program for assigned communities, including guiding strategic conversations, generating renewal offers, and monitoring performance.
  • Performs review of monthly exceptions and property performance; submits reporting in writing to operations and clients; creates strategies to improve performance.
  • Completes quarterly client reporting, highlighting achievements and opportunities.
  • Participates in weekly departmental meetings to communicate strategies and develop corrective actions for troubled properties as well as discuss and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Serves as lead coordinator for the implementation of software and advisory services and ensures onsite teams’ adoption of and training on the program.
  • Continually trains for ongoing use of the tools during regularly scheduled calls.
  • Trains and reviews pricing process for new Property Managers when needed.

Proactively analyzing market trends, opportunities, and financial performance to add value to our communities.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to inform and recommend pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and responsiveness to market trends.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting and monitor key performance indicators, revenue metrics, and market trends.
  • Identify revenue opportunities by conducting a bi-annual analysis of amenity base pricing and auxiliary income.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends to create accurate revenue forecasts for individual communities during the budget process.
  • Analyze property financial performance as it relates to rental income and auxiliary income.
  • Provide market research and rent-setting recommendations for development and lease-up deals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in revenue management and property operations. 

What You Bring To Us

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 1 year of previous Multifamily Revenue Management experience required. 2-3 years’ experience Multifamily Revenue Management preferred.
  • Previous onsite Property Management experience/background preferred.
  • Proficiency with revenue management software(s) required
  • Revenue Manager certification preferred
  • Previous experience facilitating trainings preferred
  • Power BI proficiency preferred
  • Expertise and understanding of forecasting and pricing for rents/leasing in a multi-family environment
  • Must possess strong creative, research, and analytical skills to help generate revenue opportunities
  • Knowledge of Assets and Markets required
  • Strong MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
  • Ability to work remotely with travel up to 25%

Salary Range

$110,000 - $135,000 USD
