Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives focused on Azure cloud services.

Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive technical discussions around Azure architecture, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.

Coordinate Azure resource provisioning, configuration, and management with cloud architects and DevOps teams.

Track progress using program management tools and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Manage dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively resolve risks impacting program success.

Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement in project execution.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards within Azure environments.

Stay current with Azure services, features, and industry trends to guide technical decisions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years' experience in technical program or project management in cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
-
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Azure Fundamentals.

Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Experience in data platforms, AI/ML, or cybersecurity on Azure.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $118,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
