We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you will drive the execution of a cross-functional data strategy supporting advanced digital marketing initiatives. You will manage programs that integrate data governance, predictive analytics, and customer journey intelligence to enable personalized, omnichannel engagement across a B2B environment. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, executional rigor, and cross-team coordination. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in marketing, engineering, legal, privacy, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Lead Data Programs: Deliver high-impact, multi-phase data initiatives aligned with strategic marketing goals, including end-to-end program and stakeholder management.

Enable Segmentation and Conversion Tracking: Oversee processes for defining and delivering audience segments and conversion events, balancing speed, scale, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure Data Compliance: Champion best practices and coordinate with legal and privacy teams to ensure adherence to GDPR, DMA, and internal policies.

Drive Adoption of Tools and Platforms: Partner with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate, implement, and scale new technologies that improve customer insight generation.

Operationalize Predictive Models: Manage the rollout of digital engagement scoring and personalization efforts, including collaboration with data science teams.

Customer Journey Optimization: Support analysis and optimization of full-funnel customer journeys using behavioral and performance data.

Improve Analytics Efficiency: Lead efforts to streamline analytics operations through reusable frameworks and scalable, self-service solutions.

Data Storytelling and Executive Reporting: Produce clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and narratives that communicate impact to business stakeholders.

ABM Enablement: Translate engagement models into actionable strategies that support account-based marketing initiatives.

Innovation and Pilots: Identify and lead data-centric innovation pilots that push forward the customer experience and marketing capabilities.

Act as Data SME: Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and customer insights, particularly for device-related product teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical support, software engineering, or cloud/database operations.
- Strong foundational knowledge of NoSQL databases and concepts (data modeling, partitioning, consistency).
- Hands-on experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot distributed systems or cloud-hosted applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple customer issues in parallel.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics) with 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data science

OR Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience

OR equivalent professional background

Experience:

8–10 years of overall professional experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in data strategy and governance

Minimum 8 years of experience in predictive analytics and scoring

Minimum 7 years of experience in customer journey analytics

3–4 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B context
-
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs while balancing strategic and executional priorities
-
Preferred Qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, governance, and SQL
-
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, segmentation, CDP management, and project leadership
-
2+ years working with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Ads, CDPs)
-
5+ years in B2B digital marketing, with strong understanding of automation and omnichannel marketing
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including—but not limited to—skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $120,000 to $130,000 USD annually, with a midpoint of $125,000. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
