Business Intelligence Analyst – Hybrid, Redmond, WA
In this role:
You will be an integral part of a high-impact analytics team supporting strategic supply chain planning and optimization initiatives. This role centers on using data to address challenges related to capacity allocation, optimization, and power planning across large-scale operations. You’ll drive insights through analytics and storytelling, influence cross-functional teams, and play a hands-on role in supporting cloud and AI-related initiatives through rigorous data work. The work you do will directly impact the development and success of next-generation infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead supply chain analytics initiatives from data collection and analysis to implementation and post-analysis reporting.

Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate key supply chain trends and performance indicators.

Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel, applying advanced functions and formulas to derive actionable insights.

Collaborate with partner teams on allocation strategies, optimization efforts, and power usage planning.

Translate data findings into compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey narrative and impact.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for analytics-related feature rollouts and reporting enhancements.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for proactive planning.

Participate in alignment meetings with engineering and partner teams (approx. 25% of time).
Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in analytics or a supply chain-focused data role.

Proficiency in:

Power BI (dashboard development and maintenance)
-
SQL (data querying and transformation)
-
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, large dataset analysis)

PowerPoint (building visually effective presentations)

Strong communication skills and the ability to summarize data-driven results for diverse audiences.

Experience supporting planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and data storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience working in a supply chain or operations environment, especially within large-scale or tech-related ecosystems.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle projects from end to end.

Strong sense of ownership and urgency in driving issues to resolution.

Passion for analytics and continuous improvement.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $30 - $34.62 USD/hour. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
