In this Role
In this position, you will work as part of a global team focused on driving enterprise security usage and supporting growth initiatives. You will partner with data owners, usage stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to investigate issues, analyze data, and provide insights that enable business decisions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a consulting-style environment within a large organization—balancing strategic problem-solving with hands-on data analytics.
Responsibilities

Investigate, triage, and resolve metric-related issues, escalating to engineering or other partners when necessary.

Act as a point of contact for escalations, managing SLAs, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication until closure.

Host office hours to engage with stakeholders, identify challenges, and route issues to the right resolution path.

Maintain educational and reference materials such as metric decks, FAQs, and internal documentation to reduce repetitive escalations.

Create visibility into the types and status of usage telemetry issues, summarizing trends and driving root-cause analysis when appropriate.

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for proactive communications, training, or process improvements that reduce issue volume.

Where access is available, query telemetry data to understand usage and licensing positions, helping accelerate issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships across upstream and downstream stakeholders, including product, commerce, and finance teams, to ensure alignment in resolving telemetry challenges.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience working with and analyzing data in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functionality.

2+ years of experience building Power BI reports and visualizations.

Experience managing escalations, meeting deadlines, and monitoring progress against SLAs.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with global field teams and business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

Familiarity with querying product telemetry data and interpreting usage metrics.

Knowledge of enterprise security solutions or related technologies.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $21 - $25 USD/hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
