In This Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a strategic, multi-stakeholder initiative focused on portfolio assortment planning for consumer devices. Your work will sit at the intersection of business marketing, sales, and partner engagement. You’ll manage the rhythm of business (ROB), align global stakeholders, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and has deep experience in consumer tech or retail-facing roles. You will play a key role in operationalizing category planning, launching tools and processes, and ensuring performance is tracked and communicated effectively to drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Assortment Rhythm of Business (ROB):

Drive ROB execution across internal teams and stakeholders.

Lead recurring stakeholder meetings including agenda creation, documentation, and action tracking.

Publish regular business updates such as presentations, newsletters, and scorecards.

Identify and support additional resource needs like QA, trackers, and partner-ready content.
Cross-Functional Program Management:

Manage and align multiple project workstreams involving marketing, sales, and regional stakeholders.

Maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Lead status meetings, monitor progress, and escalate blockers as needed.

Support rollout of new planning tools and frameworks.

Identify opportunities for workflow/process improvements.
Hero Device & Key Beats Tracking:

Support KPI tracking and performance dashboards for Hero Devices and Key Beats.

Summarize trends, risks, and key decisions for leadership.

Conduct retrospective analysis to inform future assortment planning.

Maintain Hero Device tracker and manage change communications globally.
Required Qualifications
-
8–10 years of experience in cross-functional program management, category/product support, and reporting.

Prior experience in consumer retail, silicon, or device partner engagement.

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in portfolio planning, data visualization, and executive reporting.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple concurrent projects.

Must be able to work PST core hours, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfort with reporting tools is a plus.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $105,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
