We are looking for a Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
In this role, you will design and deliver programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and support leadership excellence. You will act as the primary driver of key initiatives—coordinating across business, engineering, and operations teams—while ensuring that strategies are both globally aligned and locally executed. You will also lead the rhythm of business, create communication strategies that resonate across audiences, and leverage data to measure and demonstrate program success. This position is based on site in Redmond, WA and requires presence in the office five days per week to enable close collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, timelines, milestones, and resource needs.

Drive program accountability by monitoring financials, performance metrics, and system mapping, while communicating risks and status updates to stakeholders.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, business, organizational teams) to design compliant programs with minimal coaching.

Develop and present collateral such as proposals, strategy decks, internal and external pitch content, ensuring business objectives are met.

Coordinate and execute employee experience strategies and events (e.g., hackathons, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership development, skilling programs, social/seasonal events).

Collaborate with global partners to align on global strategy and ensure consistent local execution.

Own the rhythm of business (ROB), including planning, execution, and reporting on progress.

Adapt storytelling and communication style to different audiences, leveraging data and metrics to demonstrate program impact.
Qualifications

2–4 years of professional experience in program or project management.

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and findings to stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving results.

Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous program management or project coordination experience in a large, global organization.

Prior experience driving employee experience or culture-building initiatives.

PMI/PMP certification or similar project management credential.

Familiarity with performance metrics, data storytelling, and business impact reporting.

Experience managing cross-functional projects that span multiple teams or geographies.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000 to $100,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
