In This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing change communications that directly impact enterprise customers and end users worldwide. You’ll act as the bridge between engineering, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring that new product features, updates, and changes are communicated with precision and clarity. By delivering timely and well-structured updates, you will help organizations prepare for upcoming changes, adopt new features smoothly, and maximize the value of their investment in the platform.
Your work will be highly visible—reaching millions of customers each day—and you’ll play a critical part in shaping how enterprises experience and adopt evolving technologies. Success in this position is measured by the quality, accuracy, and clarity of communications you produce, along with your ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver against deadlines.
Responsibilities

Manage change communications for enterprise customers through a centralized message hub.

Partner with engineering and marketing program managers to craft timely, targeted, and actionable communications for new product features and updates.

Create and update customer-facing content that is viewed by millions of users daily, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and delivery.

Handle multiple small-scale projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines without compromising on quality.

Maintain strong attention to detail when editing, formatting, and publishing communications.

Foster effective communication channels with partners via email, collaboration platforms, and meetings.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, program management, or a related field.

Technical Exposure: Minimum 2 years working with Microsoft 365 (or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms).

Writing Skills: At least 2 years of technical writing or customer-facing content creation.

Project Management: 2+ years of experience handling projects or coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level messaging.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Attention to detail, ensuring communications are both accurate and actionable.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience at a large enterprise software company or technology provider.

Background in program or change management within a global, customer-facing environment.

Experience with enterprise-scale communication tools and workflows.

Demonstrated stability in career history (longer tenures, not multiple short-term roles).
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
