We are looking for a Event Project Manager - to join our growing team.

 

In This Role

You will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale corporate summit. This includes managing pre-event logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving effective communication, and ensuring flawless on-site delivery. The role blends project management, communications, and event leadership in a dynamic environment where you will influence outcomes without direct authority.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for a high-visibility corporate summit, covering pre-event planning, live event execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as the executive producer during the summit, overseeing AV/production, logistics, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Create, edit, and manage executive-level presentation decks and event communications.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, ensuring teams have access to the latest materials and schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on event goals, messaging, and execution plans.
  • Serve as the central point of contact during the event, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions and managing behind-the-scenes logistics.
  • Capture and document lessons learned and deliver post-event reporting.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale event delivery.
  • Proven experience leading projects and teams without direct authority, driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including creating and editing presentation decks and managing internal communications platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an event producer or managing AV/technical components during large meetings or conferences.
  • Prior success coordinating hybrid or remote event delivery.
  • Background in corporate communications, employee engagement, or change management.
  • Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart for project tracking and visualization.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 - $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
