In This Role
In this role, you will support headcount management and workforce reporting for two large global organizations with a combined population of approximately 2,500 employees. You will own day-to-day HC tracking, reporting accuracy, and insights delivery, while also contributing to ad-hoc analytical projects that support the Business Management Office. This role operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and offers the opportunity to directly impact teams working on advanced AI initiatives.
You will work remotely with flexibility across time zones, partnering closely with business leaders to ensure accurate reporting, timely deliverables, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate headcount data across two global organizations

Track HC changes including hires, exits, transfers, and role changes

Build, refresh, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel

Perform data validation to ensure high data and reporting accuracy

Develop new reports and views based on evolving business needs

Support workforce planning and operational reporting requests

Maintain and organize SharePoint sites for reporting, documentation, and collaboration

Prepare executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint

Deliver ad-hoc analytical and reporting projects for the Business Management Office

Partner with stakeholders across regions to support HC-related decision making
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in headcount or workforce management

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI

Minimum 5 years of experience using SharePoint and PowerPoint for reporting and collaboration

Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution excellence

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting large enterprise organizations

Experience with headcount management systems, including Oracle-based HC systems

Prior experience supporting business management or operations teams

Exposure to workforce analytics, capacity planning, or operational reporting

Experience working with teams supporting AI or advanced technology initiatives
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $32.04 to $36.06/hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
