We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer with Azure DevOps to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for blending project management, Azure DevOps expertise, and technical writing to drive the success of enterprise-scale initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality technical documentation. The role is fully remote but requires alignment to Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality performance reporting, and resource management.
- Oversee schedules, status reports, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and process artifacts for technical audiences.
- Administer and configure Azure DevOps for project management, workflow customization, and solution development.
- Define test plans, facilitate testing processes, and lead cross-functional development teams.
- Integrate Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Automate) and other enterprise products such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify risks, provide analytical insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing best practices, templates, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of professional experience in technical project management, Azure DevOps, and technical writing.
- Minimum of 8 years of Azure DevOps expertise, with at least 2 years in an administrator capacity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer.
- Strong background in Power Platform integration (Power BI, Power Automate).
- Hands-on experience configuring solutions within Azure DevOps and integrating with other Microsoft ecosystem products (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation for engineering and business audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work PST hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Microsoft Certified Trainer.
- Prior experience authoring technical specifications, test plans, or engineering documentation.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and process optimization.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $36.06 to $42.07 USD/hour. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
