In This Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building modern software solutions that streamline internal business workflows and power new platform capabilities. You will work on full-stack development initiatives, contributing to both the user interface and backend services, with a strong emphasis on automation, performance optimization, and cloud scalability. This role involves collaborating with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust applications using modern technologies such as React, C#, Azure, and OpenAI services.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and services.

Build new software solutions and enhance existing systems to improve internal business processes.

Gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

Implement system software and tailor applications to business requirements.

Create technical documentation including software specifications, testing plans, and deployment guides.

Conduct code development using React, C#, and Azure-based cloud services.
-
Develop migration packages for various testing and deployment environments.
-
Execute unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging to ensure production readiness.

Optimize system performance and fine-tune existing applications.

Participate in post-implementation validation to ensure system integrity and resolve any defects.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

2–4 years of hands-on development experience.

Proficiency in:
-
React (front-end application development)
-
C# / .NET (backend development)
-
Azure cloud technologies
-
OpenAI frameworks/tools for intelligent automation
-
C or C++ for system-level or performance-based programming (as required)

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Experience building large-scale or high-performance systems.

Proven ability in troubleshooting, debugging, and unit testing.

Experience with both new development and enhancement of legacy systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with full-stack development across cloud-native environments.

Exposure to automation of internal enterprise workflows or business process optimization.

Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, API-first development, or event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with secure development practices and compliance standards.

Hands-on experience integrating AI or machine learning models into production applications.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,500 to $105,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
