In This Role
You will play a key part in supporting a large, fast-paced organization of over 3,000 employees, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional internal service. This role is highly visible across multiple teams and focuses on group and office support rather than direct executive assistance. You will manage a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including onboarding, equipment and space management, vendor coordination, and special projects. Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and operational support to large, cross-functional teams.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and departmental activities.

Manage space planning and office resources to ensure efficient workspace utilization.

Oversee onboarding logistics for new hires, including equipment and workspace setup.

Handle purchasing requests, vendor coordination, and facility support needs.

Track and prioritize ad hoc requests from multiple stakeholders and ensure timely follow-through.

Support departmental financial and personnel operations as needed.

Complete special projects assigned by team leaders.

Enforce team or department policies and procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and vendors to ensure high service quality.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in administrative or team support roles.

Demonstrated experience providing group administration and team support for large teams.

Proven background in space management and coordinating office logistics.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and standard office software.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to task ownership.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain professionalism at all times.

Comfortable being on-site and engaging directly with team members to support operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting large technology or enterprise environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex requests and track tasks through completion using organizational tools or systems.

Interest in developing a long-term career in administrative operations or business support.

Experience with procurement systems, facilities management tools, or vendor management processes.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and the local market. The pay range for this position reflects the Bellevue, WA market: $21.50 to 23.55 USD per hour. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
