We are looking for a Production – Ops Senior Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you will serve as the key production support specialist for complex, data-driven marketing journeys. This position is responsible for ensuring flawless campaign execution, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence across multiple channels. You’ll partner closely with data, development, and marketing stakeholders to validate data integrity, monitor journey health, and lead incident management efforts. The role requires a balance of technical acumen, analytical rigor, and clear communication to translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily journey and automation performance to ensure data volumes and configurations align with expectations.
- Act as the first point of contact for post-scheduling and production issues, coordinating fixes with technical teams.
- Conduct and document Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for production incidents; lead monthly RCA readouts and present insights to leadership.
- Generate bi-weekly and monthly performance reports for internal business and leadership reviews.
- Validate end-to-end data flow across multiple systems (Data Cloud → SFMC → Journey Builder → Content).
- Perform daily health checks on live journeys and escalate anomalies using standardized RCA templates.
- Troubleshoot automation and data sync issues in collaboration with engineering and capability teams.
- Support AI-driven QA processes to maintain a 99% error-free KPI.
- Participate in agile sprint reviews, identifying blockers and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date Confluence documentation of recurring issues, resolutions, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) — particularly Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
- Proficiency in AMPscript for troubleshooting and content validation.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data validation, and issue investigation.
- Solid understanding of SFMC data structures (Data Extensions, Shared DEs, Send Logs, Data Views).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud for audience activation and data synchronization.
- Experience with API-triggered sends and automation scripting.
- Working knowledge of QA and proofing tools (e.g., Litmus).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Director-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud certification.
- Experience developing or managing relational databases.
- Background in production or CRM operations environments supporting large-scale automated journeys.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience supporting AI- or automation-driven QA initiatives.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $81,100 to $115,100 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

Location: Remote — preference for candidates based in the PST time zone, though applicants in other locations will be considered if they are able to work PST hours.
