 In This Role

In this role, you will support critical operations by validating data across multiple systems, maintaining high-visibility Power BI dashboards, and ensuring data quality for business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate platform updates, and deliver accurate reports on time. You will also build small automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows. This role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and attention to detail, as your work directly impacts operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Validate data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
    • Troubleshoot data quality issues and coordinate fixes with engineering and support teams
    • Update, enhance, and maintain existing Power BI dashboards used for operational reporting
    • Optimize Power BI models, DAX calculations, and refresh performance
    • Develop lightweight automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to replace manual processes
    • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather inputs, and deliver reports on time
    • Document data flows, dashboard logic, and automation workflows for transparency
    • Support SLA-based reporting, ticket resolution, and change order requests
    • Collaborate with technical and business teams to adapt dashboards or data pipelines as systems evolve
    • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business needs

 

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, including DAX, modeling, and performance tuning
    • 8+ years working with data validation, ETL concepts, and multi-platform data integration
    • Strong ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify root causes across systems
    • Hands-on experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams
    • Ability to work onsite and collaborate frequently in person
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dashboards and reports on schedule

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to build automation workflows
    • Experience supporting operational teams or high-impact reporting environments
    • Ability to design fast-turnaround solutions for manual process reduction
    • Strong communication skills for translating technical issues into clear business updates
    • Understanding of enterprise-level data governance and compliance practices

 

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $140,000 to 150,000 USD Annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
