In This Role
You will provide essential on-site support for a growing, globally distributed team, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for employees and interns. Your contributions will include assisting with onboarding, supporting events, handling group administrative tasks, and filling operational gaps where needed. This is a high-energy, hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.

Provide administrative support for team operations, including equipment management and space coordination.

Assist with on-site events, including logistics and coordination.

Serve as backup for other administrative team members, helping fill gaps as needed.

Participate in group work, meetings, and other collaborative tasks to support team initiatives.

Maintain attention to detail in all administrative and operational tasks.

Actively contribute to a customer-focused, service-oriented environment.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 18 months of tenure in prior relevant roles.

At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent productivity tools.

2–4 years of experience in event management or coordination.

2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or inventory management.

Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.

Comfortable working on-site and engaging in high-energy events.

Strong collaboration skills, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Familiarity with enterprise productivity and collaboration tools.

Demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service.

High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting interns or new hires in onboarding processes.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state is $22.00-$24.00 per hour. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
