You will work closely with product, engineering, and research partners to translate complex requirements into clear, usable designs. The role emphasizes strong UX thinking, interaction design, and the ability to simplify complex user journeys rather than focusing solely on visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create UX design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and explore solutions.
- Apply user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to simplify complex problems and workflows.
- Design and refine AI-assisted and agent-driven user experiences, ensuring clarity, usability, and trust.
- Build prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to validate ideas, test interactions, and gather feedback.
- Incorporate customer insights, research findings, and usability feedback into design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Contribute to and follow established design systems and UX standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, evolving requirements, and changing priorities.
- Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design for digital products.
- Demonstrated experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web or application-based experiences.
- Hands-on experience using design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or similar).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively within cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Portfolio showcasing digital UX work, problem-solving, and interaction design (not print or marketing collateral).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to AI-driven or agent-assisted user experiences.
- Familiarity with designing workflows that involve content management, search, or knowledge discovery.
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- Ability to demonstrate how complex workflows were simplified into intuitive user experiences.
- Early experience working in fast-paced, iterative product environments.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members.
