In this role:
You will lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end web experiences for product and feature releases, driving measurable business outcomes. You will turn customer behavior insights into actionable recommendations, influence cross-functional leaders, and champion clarity, accessibility, and trust across all web touchpoints. This role requires orchestrating multiple web verticals, applying AI to enhance web results, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end web launches for products and features, defining vision, success metrics, and operating models.

Translate web insights into upstream influence on product roadmaps, positioning, and naming decisions.

Deliver executive-ready narratives that connect web insights to investment priorities and guide quarterly and seasonal planning.

Champion the customer experience by making principled decisions that maintain clarity, accessibility, and trust.

Act as the strategy hub across SEO, AI-driven search (AEO), content strategy, design, development, and experimentation to deliver a single, prioritized plan.

Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI for personalization and workflow acceleration.

Manage cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, analytics, and retail partners, ensuring alignment and delivery of measurable results.

Lead vendor and agency relationships, writing outcome-based SOWs, holding partners accountable for quality, speed, and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in web strategy, product, or e-commerce for complex consumer portfolios.

Deep understanding of information architecture, page strategy, funnels, attribution, and Core Web Vitals.

Strong data literacy with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using insights to guide roadmaps.

Proven success leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, analytics, and business partners.

Experience applying AI for content scaling, personalization, or workflow acceleration within governance constraints.

Executive-level communication skills; able to simplify complexity and drive decisive action.

Demonstrated ability to manage creative, design, development, and martech vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category portfolios across global markets and multiple locales, including right-to-left (RTL) languages.

Experience driving innovation with agencies and systems integrators, including piloting new approaches tied to measurable business outcomes.

Comfort leading in agile environments with scaled content operations.

Knowledge of AI-optimized search (AEO) and schema strategies to improve content discoverability and retrieval.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $115,000 USD/annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
