- Experience supporting operations in a corporate or executive-level environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentation development
- Experience tracking budgets, timelines, deliverables, and operational metrics
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and exercise sound judgment
- Comfort using analytics, tracking tools, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience progressing from a coordinator or administrative role into higher-scope operations support
- Exposure to executive office operations or leadership support functions
- Experience managing business rhythms at scale (e.g., recurring reviews, planning cadences, governance processes)
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, project tracking tools, or operational dashboards
- Experience supporting strategic planning or future-year initiatives
- Interest in growing into strategic operations, Chief of Staff, or executive support roles
Success Measures
