The Position:
The responsibility of a Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize each project according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The project manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that in collaboration with Account Team.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Opening projects, creating estimates, and purchase orders.
- Assures estimates are approved before commencement of work.
- Plan and schedule projects in project management system.
- Managing multiple simultaneous project schedules.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and creating change orders.
- Manage project budgets and alert team if project strays from original established scope, schedule or budget (alert internal team when projects reach 50%, 70% and 100%).
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Organize and lead out on weekly stand-up meetings.
- Update client status reports.
- Maintaining communication within all agency team members.
- Maintain all project files and reports in an organized manner.
- Maintain complete routing files for all projects.
- Organize team meetings.
- Support in developing project reports, proposals, documentations, andpresentations.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationship with vendors.
- Oversee print production management and vendor coordination.
- Responsible for making sure each project is billed correctly.
The Essentials:

- 2+ years experience in project management.
- Ad Agency Experience A MUST.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in Workamajig project management system is a plus.
- Digital experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
