Role Overview
The Manager of Real Estate is responsible for strategically managing office locations. This includes negotiating low-cost leases, ensuring all offices are maintained with proper signage, Including, overseeing office setup, and managing vendor relationships to support operational success. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all office locations remain optimized for maximum visibility, functionality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Office Acquisition and Lease Negotiation
- Identify and negotiate cost-effective office locations for leasing
- Work with leasing agents and property managers to secure favorable lease agreements for the firm.
- Ensure all lease current agreements are documented, tracked, and compliant with company policies utilizing software, Rent Manager.
- Maintain a database of prospective office locations, leases, and costs.
Office Setup and Maintenance
- Oversee the setup of new office locations, ensuring readiness for operations, including, proper signage.
- Coordinate utilities, internet services, and other necessary infrastructure for new offices.
- Ensure all office spaces are maintained and compliant with company standards.
- Schedule frequent visits to office locations to assess conditions and operational efficiency.
Vendor and Service Coordination
- Source and manage relationships with local vendors, including photographers, contractors, and facility service providers.
- Coordinate office photoshoots and ensure images for listings.
Travel Planning and Site Visits
- Plan and coordinate travel for site visits, ensuring cost-effective and efficient arrangements.
- Meet with property managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders as required.
Mail Management and Documentation
- Oversee the collection and processing of mail from office locations.
- Sort, scan, and distribute important correspondence to relevant departments.
Reporting and Strategic Planning
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on office setup progress, lease negotiations, and performance.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in office management.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline office acquisition, maintenance, and optimization processes.
- Conduct team meetings to align on objectives, performance, and project timelines.

Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $125,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
