Position Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to management and employees, providing guidance and expertise in various HR functions. The HRBP will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving employee engagement, and supporting company growth through effective HR practices. This position requires strong experience in benefits administration, 401(k) management, onboarding processes, and proficiency in ADP, including various ADP modules. Additionally, the HRBP will be responsible for creating and managing staff surveys to foster continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.  Entering data as needed.
  • Oversee the 401(k) administration, including enrollment, employee communication, and compliance.
  • Backup for onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Utilize ADP systems (including Workforce Now and other relevant modules) for payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to assess engagement, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, providing coaching and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Run ADP reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and 401(k) plan management.
  • Must have strong proficiency in ADP systems, including various ADP modules (Workforce Now Required).
  • 5 years of ADP Workforce Now experience.
  • Experience with onboarding processes and new hire orientation programs.
  • Skilled in creating and managing employee surveys and analyzing results.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in organizational development or change management.

Compensation Range:

$80,000 - $85,000 USD

Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
