As we continue to rapidly grow our practice, we want to ensure our clients are receiving the best care possible at all times. We’re building a Provider Relations team that will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare providers across the country to ensure our clients are always receiving treatment and service that aligns with the Brandon J. Broderick mission.
We’re looking to bring on Provider Relations Representatives to build and foster relationships with medical facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to understand the practice areas in communities we service to best facilitate our clients’ needs. You will act as a liaison between our firm and the providers to streamline communication and educate them on all things Brandon J Broderick.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish positive relationships with medical providers for PIP/No-Fault Arbitrations within designated geographical and practice areas.
- Educate medical providers about services offered by Brandon J. Broderick
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding case updates, documentation requirements and billing inquiries.
- Review and update provider records in database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the need for network expansion and ensure provider compliance.
- Monitor provider performance, providing feedback to improve quality of service.
- Attend industry-related networking events and conferences to expand the firm’s network of medical providers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or legal industry.
- Experience with PIP/No-Fault Arbitrations, huge plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field, preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, preferred).
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to travel within designated market area, as needed.
At BJB we carefully consider a wide range of factors in determining a fair compensation package. The final offer will be based on experience, location and other factors.
Compensation Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
