Our firm is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive operational efficiency, financial performance and strategic planning across our practice areas! You will collaborate with executive and senior leadership and practice group leaders to analyze business metrics, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support the execution of key initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability, productivity, and client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans.
- Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings.
- Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations—ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of operational drivers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence senior leadership.
The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.
Compensation Range:
$200,000 - $250,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
