Our Referrals Team is growing! We're seeking an Inbound Referrals Manager who will be dedicated to growing our firm-to-firm relationships in order to increase our case inventory. This role will focus on relationship building, educating firms on BJB’s capabilities and success, and creating steady streams of inbound referrals as well as seeking out new partner relationships.
Successful candidates will have strong communications skills – oral and written, are initiative-taking, organized, and have consistent follow-up. You present yourself in a professional manner, like to build long-term relationships, and have extraordinarily strong people skills.
Responsibilities
- Concentrated outreach to law firms of 5 or less attorneys to establish relationships for lead generation across all active states.
- Manage and track all inbound leads.
- Own and manage the Inbound portion of the Litify Referral Network account for all referral sources.
- Maintain relationship with partner firms to provide updates on signed cases, as requested.
- Maintain all reporting for all active cases including but not limited to monthly and quarterly for status of goals.
- Triage client issues with partners and BJB leadership.
- Partner with internal teams-Intake, Pre-litigation, and Litigation- to support the life of the referral.
- Travel to visit partner firms, periodically.
- Collaborate on networking events to support the lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 3+ years of Business Development, Client Relationships, or B2B account management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce or Litify experience, preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong effective communication skills.
The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which can include discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.
Compensation Range:
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
