Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce / Litify Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support our Salesforce platform across all practice areas. This role owns Apex development, deployments, integrations, and feature rollouts in a fast-moving environment.
This is a Salesforce-first role, but experience with broader systems, integrations, and AI is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Salesforce and Litify solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
- Own deployments, release management, and environment strategy
- Design and support integrations, including API-based and AI-powered workflows
- Lead feature rollouts, user training, and adoption support
- Partner with Operations and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with strong Apex development
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and Salesforce data modeling
- Proven experience managing releases and production deployments
- Experience building or supporting system integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Litify
- Exposure to Salesforce native AI capabilities or external AI integrations
- Salesforce certifications
Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $150,000 USD
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
