As a part of the BRANDTECH+ Global & Regional Operations team, it will be your responsibility to ensure our organizational engine remains well-oiled for our talent so that they can achieve this goal and attain the vision set in place for the organization.
This role combines project management expertise, operational experience, and digital knowledge to support our ecosystem through seamless information flow, process adherence, and continuous improvement. We seek an entrepreneurial candidate with strong organizational skills who can adapt to our dynamic environment while demonstrating initiative and ownership. Your resourcefulness and people-first mindset will be crucial as you support regional teams and coordinate across departments.
What You'll be Doing:
Stakeholder & Operational Support:
- Build stakeholder relationships and execute operational tasks for the regional market
- Support implementation of business processes and provide improvement feedback
- Serve as an escalation point for regional IT cases and employee inquiries
- Coordinate with leadership on overhead costs and drive utilization CAPs improvements
- Liaise and collaborate with global stakeholders on procedures and systems
Process & Systems Management:
- Implement Central Operations and Finance measures across markets
- Manage JIRA Ops helpdesk requests and coordinate cross-departmental process approval
- Maintain and optimize enterprise systems (e.g. OMG, Jira, Airtable, ClickUp etc.)
- Drive consistent operational thinking and ways of working regionally
- Maintain databases for equipment, staff records, and administrative documentation
- Design and implement office policies as needed
Financial & Vendor Management:
- Process purchase requisitions, POs, and expense approvals with finance team
- Handle tax invoice processing and vendor payment coordination
- Source and maintain supplier relationships, including documentation
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage delivery logistics
- Help enforce internal controls to protect company assets and procedures
Facility & Event Management:
- Oversee office maintenance, setup, and coordination with landlords/building authorities
- Manage office space acquisition, boardroom bookings, and safety requirements
- Coordinate company events and logistic arrangements including catering and setup
Team Support & Asset Management:
- Plan and procure company assets
- Coordinate hardware/equipment/furniture/office supplies purchases with suppliers
- Dispatch, collect, store, and manage equipment from office location
- Maintain and improve asset management data records
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and onboarding for new roles
- Provide training on operational procedures and systems
- Support new joiners with general questions and orientation
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations, administration, or related field
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and project management principles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and data management
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural communication
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
- Service-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
You'll Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Self-starter mentality with solution-oriented approach
- Track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with open, non-political style
- Continuous learning attitude and adaptability
Good to Have:
- Experience managing cross-market teams remotely
- Property management and facility oversight experience
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications
- Experience with logistics
