Role: Senior Integrated Designer

Location: Remote working until further notice  

About the role: 

The role involves creating and delivering high-quality visual assets across various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines while ensuring consistency and quality. You will design and execute integrated projects for marketing collateral, including print and digital deliverables for campaigns and brands. This includes creating materials such as a variety of printed marketing collateral (eg. brochures, resource sheets, posters), invitations, emails, social media and digital banners, signage, and large-scale event collateral like staging, wayfinding, and swag. 

The Designer must have a strong understanding of design principles, particularly layout, typography, color, and tasteful imagery selection. Technical print production skills and ensuring all materials meet technical specifications and brand standards are crucial. You will report to the Associate Creative Director, collaborating efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.

Job Duties 

  • Produce well-crafted creative concepts for various applications on print and digital marketing to meet the aims of the client brief and are adherent to brand guidelines. 
  • Possesses a strong understanding and ability to apply the core principles of design in relation to the use of grid, type, color theory and layout 
  • Uses experience and knowledge of design principles to interpret briefs and solve problems. 
  • Ability to take creative direction and interpret feedback 
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on schedules and client needs.  
  • Strong ability to present work and articulate creative rationales to both colleagues and clients. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in: Print, Digital, Artwork, Production  
  • Excellent knowledge working within the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) programs  
    (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)  
  • Creative and innovative design skills 
  • Mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory. 
  • Ability to interpret briefs and create world-class visual content. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) 
  • Comfort using Figma for basic ideation and resource sourcing  
  • Strong grasp of the English language to be able to communicate with global colleagues.  
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and internal relationships. 
  • Self-discipline for organization, focus, and remote collaboration; effective global communication.
