Senior Integrated Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote working until further notice
About the role:
The SNR Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. Leading on projects while working with our dynamic teams across the business, our project managers successfully deliver projects following Brandtech+’ ways of working.
What we want is a passionate, talented individual who can showcase their skills of managing multiple mid to high complexity projects. You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects.
What you will be doing:
- Leading incoming brief triage process
- Understanding capacity and volume of work at any time
- Ensuring involvement from key stakeholders where brief merits
- Where appropriate, in simpler or more executional briefs, managing Client follow ups or clarifications to enable project kick off quickly
- Allocating briefs within the team based on capacity and skillset
- Serving as a partner to the Client Service team
- Understanding brand level KPI’s
- Informed and involved in forward planning; inclusive of key moments or predicted asks that will require peaks in service.
- Point of escalation for delivery and project management team concerns
- Understand and be able to communicate progress and status to our Client Service team or Clients were necessary
- At times, given small nature of the team, there may be a requirement to serve as POC for Brand teams for out of office coverage
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident managing multiple client stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and processes and help to source additional capacity where necessary
- Identifying, partnering and, at times leading, in developing and evolving process documentation to better support delivery and business success
- Ensure projects follow the agency and client process and are completed on time and on budget
- Ad hoc support on complex projects
- Work closely with the Account Director and other PM roles to support on new business opportunities
- Ensure final deliverables are quality driven and comply to the design and production requirements and expectations
- Monitor utilization and output of team
What you need to be great in this role:
- 5-10 years of experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating success in building successful relationships with mid to senior-level clients
- Strong proven project management skills and experience
- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
- Fluent in English is a must, German language experience would be a huge plus
- Software competency – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided).
