Role: Graphic Designer (corporate design | financial industry)
Location: Remote (Colombia)
Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business
About the role:
You will be providing artwork and design services. You will take artwork from briefs to final stage and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs, time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Solid Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign. Experience in producing assets including print and static digital is also key.
What You'll be Doing:
- Undertake artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
- Work within established templates and design system while at the same time, understanding when to raise questions around new requirements
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency
- Take responsibility for continued professional development
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
- Complete timesheets
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience working in an ad agency or creative firm on the creation of digital assets with working knowledge of print specs and principles
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once
- High level of attention to detail throughout the process, and especially in capturing all edits without relying on external QC resource
- At least 3 years of experience working on projects within brand guidelines
- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
- Flexible and positive attitude
You'll Have:
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Languages spoken (English).
Not essential but definitely an advantage:
- Experience on global brands.
