Senior Artworker

Mumbai, India

We partner with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. Our focus is to connect clients with high-quality solutions, talent and ambitious opportunities worldwide.

As a part of The Brandtech Group, we're at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionise how we create and deliver work. Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

ROLE: Senior Integrated Artworker

Location: Remote/India

This is an opportunity to join a newly established, AI-enabled in-house creative studio embedded within a leading global insurance and risk management organisation, as a Senior Artworker, a senior production role spanning artwork execution, quality oversight, and integrated delivery across print, digital, and mixed-media channels in a B2B, multi-market environment.

Based in India, you'll collaborate remotely with a London-based multidisciplinary team across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio. From day one, your technical craft, production authority, and precision across channels and international markets will set the quality benchmark for studio output.

We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.

THE ROLE

As Senior Integrated Artworker, you'll take briefs from initial setup through to final delivery across the studio's full channel mix, static, digital, social, and long-form, executing design direction with confidence and independence.

Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you'll apply compliance requirements, disclaimers, and sign-off processes as standard practice.

The "integrated" element of this role is important: you're not a static-only artworker. You're equally comfortable producing digital assets and guiding others across the full range of formats the studio produces.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Integrated Artwork Production & Quality

  • Produce accurate, on-brand finished artwork across the integrated channel mix, brand campaigns, always-on digital and social, email, print, event collateral, thought leadership, and long-form communications, from brief to final delivery, with compliance disclaimers, substantiation standards, and sign-off checkpoints applied as standard
  • Set and uphold quality benchmarks, reviewing all output before it reaches stakeholders; execute and interpret design direction confidently, making considered production decisions within brand guidelines
  • Manage the full artwork lifecycle, setup, amends, quality checking, delivery, and archiving, preparing all files to correct print, pre-press, and platform-specific digital standards
  • Adapt and resize assets across formats, sizes, and language variants for seven markets and multiple product lines, maintaining consistent brand expression throughout

Brand Consistency & Asset Management

  • Champion brand identity standards across every format, channel, and market, proactively spotting inconsistencies and guiding the team to do the same before output reaches stakeholders
  • Lead the development and maintenance of reusable asset libraries and scalable templates, driving production efficiency and studio-wide consistency
  • Apply strong creative awareness to production decisions, making confident, independent judgements on layout, typography, and imagery within brand guidelines

Remote Collaboration & Studio Practice

  • Build effective remote working relationships with the London-based studio team, communicating proactively on project status, file handovers, and capacity; maintain clearly documented workflows that enable smooth collaboration across time zones
  • Contribute positively to studio culture and complete timesheets and administrative tasks accurately and on time

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Integrate AI tools into production workflows, building effective prompts, critically evaluating outputs, and applying AI-assisted workflows for adaptation, resizing, and format variant production without compromising brand quality or compliance
  • Champion responsible AI adoption within the production team, guiding others on where AI enhances craft and where human judgement is essential; break down complex briefs into clear steps and bring genuine curiosity about how AI can improve production efficiency

 WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong portfolio of senior-level integrated artwork across static and digital formats, brand campaigns, digital content, and long-form communications, produced at volume and pace
  • Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; expert understanding of typography, graphic design, and production standards across print and digital
  • Track record of setting and maintaining quality benchmarks across a high-volume production function
  • Experience adapting assets across platforms, channels, and language variants for multi-market campaigns, maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity throughout
  • Confident working in compliance-sensitive environments, applying and overseeing disclaimers, substantiation requirements, and sign-off processes as standard
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems; able to apply and protect visual standards independently and guide others in doing the same
  • Experience leading the development of asset libraries, reusable templates, and structured file management practices
  • Effective remote collaborator with a self-directed working style, managing multiple projects across time zones, receiving briefs remotely, handling handovers clearly, and flagging risks early
  • Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to integrated production, building effective prompts, critically evaluating outputs, and guiding others on responsible use
  • Agentic mindset: able to break complex briefs into clear steps, adapt when priorities shift, and find efficient paths to the best outcome
