WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Senior Director, Global Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key leadership role in expanding and deepening Braze’s relationships with one our most critical global service partners, Publicis Groupe. Reporting to the AVP of Strategic Service Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving global alignment, growing partner influence, and developing scalable strategies that accelerate partner-led revenue and delivery success.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to scale Braze’s footprint across our strategic service partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on enabling Publicis Groupe to build robust service practices around Braze, increasing partner-sourced pipeline, and ensuring high-quality implementations and customer outcomes.

You will also provide strategic oversight and guidance to colleagues on the Commercial team in each region, ensuring execution against global goals while contributing directly to senior-level partner engagement and long-term account planning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive strategic partner growth: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow Braze’s influence within Publicis Groupe, with a focus on expanding partner-led revenue and delivery capacity
  • Partner business development: Support partners in building, marketing, and scaling service offerings around Braze, including managed services, implementations, and advisory services
  • Executive stakeholder engagement: Own and deepen senior-level relationships across Publicis  organizations, ensuring alignment with Braze’s long-term strategic goals
  • Team enablement & oversight: Provide strategic guidance to Commercial Partner team colleagues in region managing specific partner accounts, ensuring consistency in execution, messaging, and value delivery
  • Pipeline & performance accountability: Collaborate with Sales and Partner Account Managers to drive partner contributions toward pipeline and revenue targets across all regions
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and partner enablement programs
  • Operational excellence: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including pipeline growth, partner engagement, delivery success rates, and customer impact
  • Champion the partner voice: Act as a key advocate for Publicis internally, influencing product and GTM teams to support scalable partner success

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of partnerships channel and cloud industry experience preferably from a SAAS organization
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable sourced pipeline and influenced revenue results via a mature SaaS partner program playbook. A strong bias for execution and are motivated by exceeding targets and results
  • Deep and proven knowledge of the agency and or technology Partners and marketing services ecosystem
  • Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services organization key performance indicators
  • Executive presence and an ability to present and vision sell to Executive audiences
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives and scale effectively across a large organization and distributed team
  • Strong drive and character qualities that match Braze's Core Values and inspire others to follow and act

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $93,360 and $103,740/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $220,000 and $250,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
