Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and versatile self-starter, with a passion for design? The Breeze Marketing Team is in search of a Graphic Designer to help amplify our brand through emails, digital ads, billboards, videos, and sales-supported materials. You’ll join a small Creative Team that collaborates daily with internal and external partners to create a variety of highly visible marketing assets. Qualified candidates will be comfortable with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll do

  • Design and produce high-performing marketing and lifecycle emails and promotional materials. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to create engaging assets for paid campaigns, social media, and digital partnerships.  
  • Assist with informational corporate assets, presentation templates, sales sheets, and other internal campaigns.  
  • Handle every project with attention to detail and ensure that all creative aligns with brand guidelines.   
  • Act as an internal brand ambassador to ensure consistent adherence to established brand guidelines as it relates to design. 
  • Collaborate on ideas that produce creative revenue-driven solutions.   
  • Self-manage assigned projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of efficiency.  
  • Communicate directly with key stakeholders for alignment on creative briefs; create concepts to help achieve the overall objective while maintaining the Breeze brand and tone.    

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as a full-time graphic designer either in-house or at agency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design-related software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles (for digital and web projects)
  • Video Production Experience

Skills/Talents

  • Experience in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Familiarity with print and digital design standards
  • Execute and produce principles of design within color, layout, typography, and interaction
  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to Senior Leadership
  • Exemplifies Breeze’s safety culture, values, and mission
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of the creative process.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Trello, etc.)
