Operations Specialist

This role is focused on managing payment operations, risk monitoring, and compliance-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. No prior compliance experience is required — we are looking for someone detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable handling operational work in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee payment operations, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor payment flows to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, working with internal tools and partners to enhance security.
• Collaborate with merchants, payment partners, and cross-functional teams on payment processes, risk management strategies, and operational improvements.
• Handle operational inquiries related to payments and risk, providing clear and timely resolutions.
• Support KYC, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection processes as part of broader operational efforts.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to building scalable, efficient operational workflows.
• Assist with payment, risk, and compliance-related initiatives, helping to refine tools, automation, and systems for better efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail – essential for success in this role.
• Operations experience (or similar fields) preferred, with an understanding of workflows, processes, and execution in an operational role.
• No prior compliance experience is required — we are seeking someone detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable handling operations work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in payment operations, transaction processing, or risk monitoring is a plus.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, banks, or high-risk merchants (e.g., gaming, travel, hospitality) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to make decisive judgments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
