What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the co-founders and CTO to scale and execute on our technical roadmap.
• Lead, grow, and support a team of engineers to build reliable, secure, and scalable systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to ship impactful features.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed — whether it’s debugging issues, reviewing code, or making key architectural decisions.
• Champion engineering excellence in areas like testing, documentation, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Help define and improve engineering processes, culture, and team structure as we grow.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• A track record of building and scaling backend systems — ideally in fintech, payments, or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Deep technical expertise and the ability to guide architectural and implementation decisions.
• A people-first mindset — you enjoy mentoring, growing teams, and fostering a positive engineering culture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building from the ground up in a fast-moving startup.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
