What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting across all functions, including engineering, product, sales, and operations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs, set priorities, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, referrals, and employer branding.
  • Develop and optimize hiring processes and interview frameworks to ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach to onboarding
  • Use recruitment analytics and tools to measure success and improve hiring velocity
  • Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding, retention, and talent development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years leading recruiting teams at startups or high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of scaling recruiting processes and managing multiple hiring pipelines.
  • Hands-on approach — comfortable sourcing candidates, crafting outreach, and closing offers personally.
  • Deep commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for building strong culture through people.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced tech company or startup is a must-have.
