Compliance Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to support our compliance program and help ensure our processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to operationalize compliance initiatives, maintain system integrity, and support compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of our compliance program.
• Monitor and track compliance activities, including KYC, AML, and BSA-related tasks.
• Manage compliance-related documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into product and service offerings.
• Perform routine checks, audits, and investigations of transactions and customer accounts.
• Maintain and update compliance records, systems, and tools.
  Assist with compliance reports, audit documentation, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Support EU compliance obligations, including regulatory filings and AML responsibilities tied to our EU CASP entity.
• Contribute to compliance-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a compliance or operational role within fintech, payments, crypto, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, sanctions, EDD, and financial crimes compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor and analyze transaction data.
  Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with compliance tools and systems (transaction monitoring tools a plus).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about fintech and crypto compliance.
