What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Integrations to own and expand Breezeway’s ecosystem of third-party integrations. This role is crucial to our strategy, helping customers connect Breezeway with property management systems, smart locks, IoT devices, communication tools, and other industry solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to build seamless integrations that drive adoption and create a frictionless user experience.  Our product team is a small, scrappy, yet scaling team. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who has an affinity for creating highly-engaged products that truly delight users, thrives defining and building out processes, and cares deeply about developing strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams. 

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the integrations roadmap, prioritizing based on customer needs, strategic value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver high-quality API-based integrations.
  • Work closely with partnership teams to strengthen relationships with integration partners.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and market trends to continuously improve integrations.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, usability, and performance of integrations.
  • Ensure integrations are easy to set up and use, reducing friction for customers.
  • Communicate updates and enhancements effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and predict obstacles, collisions, and risks to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives, executing deliverables at the highest level from both creative and technical standpoints.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation to aid internal and external problem-solving.
  • Foster a culture of impact and performance while championing our values to ensure that your team and the wider Product team are enabled to succeed

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience driving product management (startup experience is a bonus)
  • Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS (productivity, task management, or hospitality/property management software experience is a bonus)
  • Experience in building and navigating large, technical, interconnected systems
  • Proven analytical skills and superior ability to use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
  • You set strategic direction and outline present and future product initiatives
  • You love rolling up your sleeves to execute all the small details that drive towards the larger strategic vision, one day at a time.
  • You are clear and candid on what you need to be successful and you take initiative to achieve that success
  • You autonomously drive progress and growth while building consensus with stakeholders
  • You know how to coordinate your team across multiple priorities and deliver a continuous stream of value through shipping features
  • You are able to make sense of and chart a path through ambiguity and complexity
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You forge partnerships cross-functionally and on the Product team
