What We’re Looking For
Breezeway is hiring a data-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and partner marketing efforts across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate brings deep regional marketing experience, strong campaign execution skills, and a passion for working with ecosystem partners to drive growth.
In this role, you’ll plan, build, and execute impactful marketing programs that drive awareness and generate qualified leads—directly contributing to the success of our EMEA sales pipeline. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, and the global marketing team to tailor initiatives that resonate regionally. The ability to understand and adapt to cultural, linguistic, and market-specific differences is key to your success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive demand generation: Create and execute lead-generation programs that build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline growth across the EMEA region.
- Lead regional planning: Partner with sales and marketing leadership in monthly planning to set strategic goals, align on priorities, and optimize campaign execution.
- Own regional content and campaigns: Develop and localize compelling content—such as thought leadership, case studies, webinars, guides, and social posts—that speaks to regional audiences.
- Build strategic partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key industry partners, associations, and influencers to increase Breezeway’s visibility and credibility.
- Drive co-marketing initiatives: Plan and launch joint campaigns, events, and content in partnership with local players and Breezeway’s global partner marketing team.
- Localize messaging: Customize positioning and creative to align with regional cultures, languages, and client segments.
- Represent Breezeway in the industry: Speak at conferences, join virtual events, and participate in online communities to grow brand presence and trust.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and regional priorities.
Who You Are
- A regional marketing pro who understands EMEA audiences and how to tailor messaging that resonates.
- A creative, results-driven campaign builder and clear communicator.
- A partner-focused marketer who enjoys co-marketing and representing the brand externally.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ambiguity—you take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive without a playbook.
- A strong writer and storyteller who can simplify the complex and speak directly to industry needs.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign marketing, or partner marketing—preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or property tech.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing and CRM tools
- Experience collaborating across time zones and supporting global initiatives outside of local business hours
- Strong team player mentality with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish required; French is a plus
