Sales Development Representative - Australia

  • Research prospective clients across the APAC region, identify key decision makers, and generate genuine interest
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute lead strategies for the market
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
  • Work with channel and distribution partners to build pipeline and market awareness

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who can motivate and inspire prospects over the phone and in writing
  • Driven to meet and exceed measurable goals
  • Comfortable working autonomously across time zones and taking full ownership of your output
  • Energetic, curious, and genuinely excited about building a career in sales
  • Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years in a sales role or a high-energy, target-driven environment
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities across a wide region
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Apps
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage
