About Brevium

Brevium is a pioneering software company specializing in patient reactivation solutions for medical practices. Our software intelligently analyzes practice management data to identify and reconnect with lost patients who are most likely to return for care. As the original innovator in the reactivation space, Brevium remains the most advanced and effective tool in this niche but critical area of patient care.

Our impact is tangible—we’ve helped prevent vision loss and even saved lives by ensuring patients with degenerative conditions are brought back under medical supervision. Despite increasing competition, Brevium continues to lead the market with unmatched intelligence and results.

Work Culture & Values

At Brevium, we thrive on positivity, innovation, and a drive for continuous improvement. Our company culture is built on openness, integrity, and mutual respect. We foster a psychologically safe environment where employees can grow, learn from mistakes, and contribute meaningfully. Teamwork is central—our employees are always ready to support each other.

Technology Stack

Brevium’s product is built on Microsoft SQL Server and integrates with a variety of electronic practice management (EPM) systems. Some EPMs require ODBC translation for compatibility. As market demand grows, our development team continues to expand support for new EPM integrations.

  • Installing and upgrading Brevium software on customer production servers

  • Coordinating closely with the Customer Support team for case management and scheduling
  • Working with the Development team to identify and resolve software bugs
  • Assisting with transitions when customers migrate to new EPMs, including data stitching between systems

You’ll manage multiple active cases simultaneously, ensuring each progresses smoothly through proactive communication with clients, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts and t-SQL syntax
